Friendly Reminders
🌷 Spring Is Almost Here – Weed Season Is Coming!
As temperatures rise, weeds begin to germinate quickly. Early treatment and routine maintenance are key to keeping your yard in good condition.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their landscaping, including keeping lots free of excessive weeds. Addressing weeds early helps prevent spread and keeps the community looking its best.
🎄 Seasonal Decorations Reminder
Holiday and seasonal decorations are welcome! No approval is required when decorations are installed on your property, provided they comply with community standards and are removed within 30 days after the holiday.
💩 Please Pick Up After Your Pets 🐾
We’ve received reports of pet waste being left in common areas, including parks and open spaces. Please remember to clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
Pet waste can create health and environmental concerns—thank you for helping keep our community clean.
🐶 Dogs Must Be on Leash
We’ve received concerns regarding dogs off leash near the park at Bird and Anderson. Please note that the Town of Lochbuie requires dogs to be on leash in public areas.
For everyone’s safety, please keep pets leashed in parks and throughout the neighborhood.
♻️ Trash & Recycling Cans
Please bring in trash and recycling containers promptly after collection—ideally by the evening of pickup day. This helps keep the neighborhood clean and accessible.
🚗 Street Parking
We’ve seen an increase in street parking. When possible, please use driveways and garages.
If parking on the street:
- Vehicles must be operational
- Must display current registration
Stored or inoperable vehicles are not permitted outside of enclosed garages.
Project & Improvement Reminders
Please review District guidelines before beginning any exterior improvements. All plans must be submitted for approval to:
