Thank you for helping make our neighborhood a great place to live. If you have ideas, suggestions, or topics you’d like to see featured in future editions, please feel free to reach out to our District Manager, Kayla Blair, at kblair@crsofcolorado.com.

Community Maintenance Update 🌿

  • Valor has been performing winter watering throughout most of the season
  • First Maintenance Visit of the Season. With the warm and dry winter we have experienced, the primary focus early on will be weed control to help get the property off to a strong start
  •  Regular maintenance day will be Tuesday each week, weather permitting
  • As for turf color and overall greenness, Valor will continue to do their best to maintain the health of the grass within the limitations of weather and watering restrictions.

 Friendly Reminders

💧 Water Restrictions – Key Takeaways

  • Water only 2 days per week (based on your address)
  • Water before 10 AM or after 6 PM only
  • No watering on off days
  • No runoff or water waste (streets, sidewalks, gutters)
  • Hand watering is allowed (flowers, trees, shrubs)
  • Limit new sod and repair any irrigation issues

💩 Please Pick Up After Your Pets 🐾
We’ve received reports of pet waste being left in common areas, including parks and open spaces. Please remember to clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.

Pet waste can create health and environmental concerns—thank you for helping keep our community clean.

🐶 Dogs Must Be on Leash
We’ve received concerns regarding dogs off leash near the park at Bird and Anderson. Please note that the Town of Lochbuie requires dogs to be on leash in public areas.

For everyone’s safety, please keep pets leashed in parks and throughout the neighborhood.

🏠 General Maintenance

All properties should be kept in a clean, attractive, and well-maintained condition. Ongoing upkeep helps preserve property values and the overall appearance of the community.

🌿 Weed Control Reminder

Residents are responsible for keeping their property free of weeds and overgrowth. This includes front yards, backyards, side yards, and areas along fences. Regular maintenance is required to keep the community looking its best.

🚗 Be Considerate

Please be mindful of neighbors when parking. Avoid blocking sidewalks, driveways, or creating congestion on streets.

🛠️ Project Approval Required

Please remember that no construction or exterior changes may begin without prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This helps ensure all improvements remain consistent with community standards.
