Friendly Reminders
🗑️ Trash Can Reminder
Please remember to keep trash and garbage containers stored properly when they are not being used for pickup. Trash containers may be placed out for collection after 5:00 a.m. on pickup day and should be properly stored the evening of pickup.
🚗 Street Parking
We’ve seen an increase in street parking. When possible, please use driveways and garages.
If parking on the street:
- Vehicles must be operational
- Must display current registration
Stored or inoperable vehicles are not permitted outside of enclosed garages.
🎃 Seasonal Decorations
Seasonal decorations do not require approval when installed on a residential lot as long as they are consistent with community standards and are removed within 30 days of the holiday. Decorations placed on District-owned or managed property require written consent from the District.
💩 Please Pick Up After Your Pets 🐾
We’ve received reports of pet waste being left in common areas, including parks and open spaces. Please remember to clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
Pet waste can create health and environmental concerns—thank you for helping keep our community clean.
🍂 Fall Weed Control Reminder
As we transition into fall, it's a great time to keep your landscaping looking its best. Cooler temperatures and fall moisture can encourage weeds to continue growing, so please remember to regularly inspect your yard and remove weeds from landscaped beds, rock areas, and around fences.
Routine maintenance throughout the fall helps keep our community looking attractive and prevents weeds from spreading to neighboring properties. If weeds become excessive, homeowners may receive a courtesy notice requesting that the issue be corrected.
🏡 Fence Completion Reminder
As we head into the fall season, we’d like to remind residents to make sure any approved fencing projects are completed in accordance with the community’s guidelines. Fences may not be installed in front yards, and all fencing must follow the approved design and placement requirements.
If you are planning to install or make changes to a fence, please remember that Architectural Review Committee approval is required before work begins. We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping the community looking consistent and well maintained.
