Ridgeline Vista Metroplitan District (“District”)

Welcome, and thank you for subscribing to our community newsletter!

We’re glad to have you as part of the neighborhood and look forward to keeping you informed, engaged, and connected. This newsletter is one of the ways we strive to support a positive and well-informed community.

Thank you for helping make our neighborhood a great place to live. If you have ideas, suggestions, or topics you’d like to see featured in future editions, please feel free to reach out to our District Manager, Kayla Blair, at kblair@crsofcolorado.com.

Friendly Reminders

🗑️ Trash Can Reminder

Please Remember to Store Your Trash Cans Properly
Trash cans and receptacles should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and should not be stored in an exposed or unsightly manner. Please store your trash cans in your garage or behind your fence/enclosure so they are not visible from the street. Trash containers may be placed out for collection as needed but should be removed from the curb the same day as pickup.

🚗 Street Parking
We’ve seen an increase in street parking. When possible, please use driveways and garages.

If parking on the street:

  • Vehicles must be operational
  • Must display current registration

Stored or inoperable vehicles are not permitted outside of enclosed garages.

🎃 Seasonal Decorations

Seasonal decorations do not require approval when installed on a residential lot as long as they are consistent with community standards and are removed within 30 days of the holiday. Decorations placed on District-owned or managed property require written consent from the District.

💩 Please Pick Up After Your Pets 🐾
We’ve received reports of pet waste being left in common areas, including parks and open spaces. Please remember to clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.

Pet waste can create health and environmental concerns—thank you for helping keep our community clean.

🏠 Maintenance Matters

Homeowners are responsible for keeping their property and approved improvements in good condition. Regular maintenance helps protect the appearance and value of the entire community.

🛠️ Before You Start a Project

Planning an exterior improvement? Don't start the project before receiving ARC approval. Applications are required for many exterior changes, including landscaping, fencing, pools, and other improvements.
